Pei Lin Huang

As Team Leader, Pei Lin oversees all aspects of the team business.

She personally films and edits the “home movies” for all our listings.

Financial strategies, contract negotiations, and problem solving round out Pei Lin’s skill-set, resulting in someone who can and will get the job done.

Pam Avery

Pam Avery draws on her prior marketing background to coordinate our advertising and marketing programs.

She is responsible for establishing and implementing new systems to enhance our presence in the marketplace, and to ensure our clients receive the attention and care they deserve.

Melissa Snavely

Melissa Snavely is our listings coordinator.

She makes certain our sellers have all the collateral materials they need in their homes to answer most buyer questions.

Melissa takes care of mailings, phones, and keeps our office and schedules running smoothly

Kelly Erickson

Kelly Erickson is our Closing and Customer Care Coordinator.

She knows the importance of details and “mothers” each transaction from contract to closing.

Kelly makes certain that transactions close on time with as few “bumps” along the way as possible. Her  goal is a stress-free closing for all our buyers and sellers.

Jenn LaGraffe

Jenn LaGraffe serves as our buyer agent.

She has lived in Syracuse over 30 years and has served on several local community and grassroots committees.

With her knowledge of the community and available local resources, Jenn is a perfect fit for helping our buyers find their new homes.
