	Pei Lin Huang Pei Lin Huang, CBR, CRS, GRI, has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1987. Pei Lin oversees all aspects of running the team, including working with our clients, overseeing the marketing, and making sure she keeps current with all the real estate trends and technology. Financial strategies, contract negotiations, and problem solving are some of Pei Lin’s strongest skills. She personally films and edits the “home movies” for our listings. These are prominently featured on our various websites, including YouTube and Realtor.com. With over 25 years experience, she has become a great “think out of the box” strategist in positioning your home in the market, as well as negotiating the strongest contract possible to meet your needs. Pei Lin is a graduate of Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications. Her career started as an editor for a national magazine and then she went on to work as a policies and procedures analyst for a major security company. When she married and moved back to Syracuse in 1986, she adapted her marketing and communication skills to real estate, to the benefit of local buyers and sellers.

	Melissa Snavely Melissa Snavely is our Customer Care Manager and Closing Coordinator and acts as liaison between our clients and our agents. When Pei Lin and the agents are “in the field” working with buyers and sellers, Melissa makes sure clients, attorneys, lenders and vendors get the information they need to keep transactions flowing smoothly. Melissa, also a licensed real estate agent, responds to our web inquiries quickly, to get them the information they are seeking, sometimes as they are still looking on our site! She makes sure that no detail gets overlooked, despite the busy schedules of the team.

	Danielle Aldrich Danielle Aldrich is our Marketing Director overseeing the print and online marketing of our listings and our team. Over the years, Danielle has incorporated social media into our marketing plan to further expose our clients’ homes. She keeps our listings at the top of search results by continually updating and posting on various home sites. Like Pei Lin, she is passionate about keeping abreast of new trends and tools. Whether it’s a website update or printing additional brochures and flyers, Danielle seems to have it done almost as soon as the request has been made. Despite the fast pace of our team office, she is unflappable!

	Craig Walker Craig Walker is a Buyer Agent with the Pei Lin Team. Born and raised in the Syracuse area, his professional career started in healthcare, then transitioned into sales and customer service with a national telecommunications company. Whether it was helping his patients or identifying and meeting the needs of his corporate clients, Craig was, and is, a good listener and problem solver. For the past few years, he has used these skills to help buyers and sellers in the Central New York Region. He has a solid marketing background which he leverages every day to our clients’ advantage. In addition to the resale market, Craig also understands the new construction process, having represented a prominent local builder. His “smart aggressive” approach, coupled with his naturally diplomatic personality, make the purchasing and selling of your home truly a great experience.

	Sarah Ladd Sarah Ladd, our Special Projects Coordinator, assists with special team projects. For example, Sarah oversees our real estate blog at www.YourCNYHomeBlog.com, inviting Guest Bloggers and finding topics of interest to Syracuse and Central New York. She loves researching local events and sharing them with our friends and clients. Additionally, Sarah fills in for team members as needed to ensure we maintain a high level of service. Sarah is a CNY native and a graduate of Ithaca College. Her professional background includes working in the real estate and home-building industries as an executive assistant as well as teaching 9th grade English.
